In the Clickatell Portal, we've updated the user experience for new and existing customers who haven't set up their billing information. Instead of removing you from your current user journey to complete your billing details somewhere else, an embedded modal pops up, allowing you to complete their details from where you are. You can also still access and update your Billing and Payments details as usual.
Customers can close their Clickatell account and no longer receive any communication or updates, while all their account information gets encrypted and archived in alignment with our Data Retention Policy.
You can now close your account by navigating to Account Details from the Profile menu. The customer is informed of the result of their action and must re-enter their credentials to confirm the account closure.
