Product nodes

Product nodes link Chat Flow to another Clickatell product.

The following Product nodes are available:

• Clickatell AI node: This node enables direct interaction between end-users and an AI assistant trained to provide information within a specific business context.

• Chat Desk node: This node enables your customers to connect to your Clickatell Chat Desk product and interact with live agents.
