*Product* nodes link Chat Flow to another Clickatell product.

The following *Product* nodes are available:

* [**Chat Desk node:**](/flow/user-facing-nodes/product-nodes/chat-desk-node.md) This node enables your customers to connect to your Clickatell Chat Desk product and interact with live agents.&#x20;
