Follow the steps below to get up and running with Chat Flow quickly. Read the rest of this guide for more details and best practices when using the application.
Launch Chat Flow via the Clickatell Portal.
Add an API integration (optional).
Add media to the Asset Library (optional).
Create a new standard workflow.
Save the workflow.
Navigate to the Configuration section and add a new route on the desired channel (Sandbox environment).
Add the keyword(s) that will trigger this workflow.
