This release predominantly focused on adding AI-powered suggested responses to the Agent Desk.
A new Clickatell AI section was added to Chat Desk Dashboard -> Settings to let admin users enable/disable an AI assistant trained on your business information to help your agents respond quicker and more accurately using AI-generated suggested responses in Chat Desk.
