This release focused on adding support for 3rd party integrations in Chat Desk.
This enables Chat Desk agents to view customer information as fetched from the 3rd party applications integrated with Clickatell (i.e., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Support, and Shopify) while engaging with the customer in Chat Desk. This information is also visible to supervisors on the Supervisor Desk.
No more switching between applications and managing multiple browser tabs to get the context and customer details you need!

A new Integrations tab (for Live, Pending, and Tagged chats) contains customer information as fetched from 3rd party providers.
From the Chat Desk settings page, admin users can select the specific fields that should be visible to agents and Supervisors in Chat Desk for each of the 3rd party applications.
