Channels Report Update

We have introduced a new filter to the Channels Report in the Clickatell Portal that allows clients to search on specific WhatsApp template names. This long-awaited feature allows clients to do more targeted searches on their template usage and template performance by generating a report containing data for a selected template only.

To make use of this filter, follow these steps:

  1. In the Clickatell Portal, go to Analytics & Reports → Channels → Report.

  2. Select “Sent” messages, your date range, and the environment.

  3. Select “WhatsApp” as the Channel and “HSM” as the Message Type.

  4. A drop-down appears listing all the approved templates in the account. Search for a specific template by scrolling or by typing the template name.

  5. Select a template and click Generate Report.

The report that is generated will contain data for the selected template only.
