Authentication Extension in Chat Desk

The Embedded Client Authentication feature is now also supported on Chat Desk. Previously, this feature was only available on Chat Flow. Client authentication using OAuth 2.0 allows agents in Chat Desk to authenticate their customers before they perform certain operations to protect them from fraudulent activities.
