Chat Flow Features
You’ll be able to use the following features in Chat Flow:
Fetch customers' info (including tickets) from Zendesk and use that info while building customer journeys in Chat Flow. For example, build a specific user journey if a customer is tagged as ‘vip_customer’.
See the customer's Zendesk tickets, and create a new ticket on Zendesk from Chat Flow. Update a ticket.
Chat Desk Features
You’ll be able to use the following features in Chat Desk:
View the customer's Zendesk Support profile details and ticket details while engaging with them in Chat Desk to serve the customer faster and better.
