To integrate your Clickatell applications with Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk Sell, and Zendesk Support:
Configure the integration in your Clickatell Portal.
Use an Integrations node in your workflow in Chat Flow, and/or
View the Integrations tab in your Agent or Supervisor Desk in Chat Desk.
All integrations configured in your Clickatell Portal automatically pulls through to your Chat Flow application. Drag-and-drop an Integration node into your workflow and configure the specific API you want to utilize.
You can view information about your customers as fetched from the 3rd party applications integrated with Clickatell (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Support, Shopify) while engaging with customers in Chat Desk.
