Using Integrations

To integrate your Clickatell applications with Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk Sell, and Zendesk Support:

  1. in your Clickatell Portal.

  2. Use an in your workflow in Chat Flow, and/or

  3. View the in your Agent or Supervisor Desk in Chat Desk.

Use the Integration nodes in Chat Flow

All integrations configured in your Clickatell Portal automatically pulls through to your application. Drag-and-drop an into your workflow and configure the specific API you want to utilize.

You can view information about your customers as fetched from the 3rd party applications integrated with Clickatell (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Support, Shopify) while engaging with customers in .
