Release Summary

The focus of this release was:

Changing the name of this tool from WhatsApp Campaign Manager to Broadcast Messenger.
Enabling all clients, including prepaid (self-serve) customers to activate and use this tool.
Making the SMS campaign-sending capability more generally available.

All new prepaid SMS clients will only have access to the new Broadcast Messenger tool, which is the default campaign messaging tool for prepaid SMS clients going forward.
Existing prepaid SMS clients that used the old Campaign Manager tool will have access to both tools, i.e., these clients can continue to use the old tool and can also add the new Broadcast Messenger tool should they wish to.
All postpaid (packaged) clients will see a Broadcast Manager tile in their Clickatell Portal (previously, it was Campaign Manager).
