Quick Start

From the Clickatell AI Portal, you can configure AI assistants, use our Document Manager to train the assistants on specific information, and you can use Curated Responses to create specific responses rather than relying on AI-generated ones.

Follow these steps to use Clickatell AI:

  1. Launcharrow-up-right the Clickatell AI portal (also accessible via My Workspace in the Clickatell User Portalarrow-up-right).

  2. Set up and configure your assistants.

  3. Train assistants on specific information (upload and sync documents).

  4. Create curated responses (optional).

  5. Use with Clickatell's Chat Deskarrow-up-right and Chat Flowarrow-up-right applications.
