Unsubscribed users

Unsubscribed shows a list of all users that have opted out of receiving bulk SMS messages from you. As long as a number appears in the unsubscribed list, CCM will not send a bulk SMS to that number.

Unsubscribed numbers are added at a company level, adding a number in one account will also prevent all other accounts sending to it.

Navigate to Send SMS --> Unsubscribed

This opens a page displaying details about all numbers that have been added to the unsubscribed list.

Numbers appearing in the unsubscribe list can be managed as follows:

• Unsubscribe Number - add a single number to the unsubscribed list

• Delete Number - enter a number to delete

• Upload a Spreadsheet - Load data from a comma delimited (.csv) file

For data to be loaded the file needs to be in the following format:

• Column 1 contains the phone numbers (numbers must be in international format, e.g. 27831234567)

• The file must be saved in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (.xlxs file extension), tab delimited text format (.txt file extension) or comma delimited format (.csv file extension) before it can be uploaded
