Add campaign recipients
After a new campaign has been created (see previous section of this guide) use the Manage Send button to navigate to a new screen where sending and message recipients can be managed.
This will load a new screen where campaign recipients can be added, edited and deleted as needed.

Campaign recipients can be added by:
Cloning a previous campaign
Loading recipients from a phonebook
Loading recipients from messages received
Uploading recipients from a CSV file
Adding a single recipient at a time
Cloning a previous campaign
This is used to set up a campaign that is similar to one you previously set up.
Click on the Clone from previous button. Select the campaign from the drop-down that you would like to copy messages and recipients from, and click Save.
All recipient numbers and messages will be copied from the campaign you selected. You can add/edit/delete these recipients as needed once they are associated with a campaign by clicking the relevant button on the campaign details page (home page).

Loading recipients from a phonebook
This is used to setup a campaign with recipients that you loaded in a phonebook (covered as a separate topic in this user guide).
Click on Load from phonebook. From the drop-down, select the phonebook that you would like to load recipients from, enter the message text and click Save.

All recipients will be loaded from the phonebook you selected. You can add/edit/delete these recipients as needed.
You can add up to six messages per recipient. Sending multiple messages does have a cost impact, as you will be billed for each message sent.
Loading recipients from messages received
This is used to send a bulk reply to everybody that sent in an SMS using a specific keyword.
This option is only available if your account is set up not to use compulsory custom columns.
Click on Reply to Received. From the drop-down, select the keyword that you would like to load recipients from, enter the message text and click Save.

All numbers that sent an SMS with the chosen keyword will be loaded with the message you entered. You can add/edit/delete these recipients as needed by clicking the appropriate button on the campaign details screen (home page).
Uploading recipients from spreadsheet
This is used to upload a spreadsheet containing the recipient numbers and message from your local hard drive to CCM.
Click on Upload a Spreadsheet. Click Choose file to select the file that you want to upload, and click Upload to start the upload process.

The data contained in a spreadsheet will be uploaded to CCM. You can add/edit/delete these recipients as needed by clicking the appropriate button on the campaign details screen (home page).


Add a single entry
This is used to add a single entry to the recipient list.
Click on Add a Single Entry. Enter the recipient phone number and the message text and click Save. The number must be in international format (no '+' sign required), 10-15 characters long, with no spaces.

The number and message you entered will be added to the campaign. You can add/edit/delete this recipient as needed.
