Overview

The Clickatell Campaign Manager (CCM) is a text message management system that allows you to control every aspect of messaging from an easy-to-use online interface hosted and maintained by Clickatell.

CCM allows you to:

• Manage the sending of bulk SMS campaigns

• Manage client contact details and subscriptions

• Receive SMS messages and manage keywords

• Manage accounts, users and rights and responsibilities

CCM will support screen resolutions of 1280x 600 or higher (recommended) and supports the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer version 8 or higher

• Google Chrome version 5 or higher

• Mozilla Firefox version 4.0 or higher

After logging in to CCM you will be presented with the default CCM login screen. From this point on you can navigate through CCM by selecting one of the options in the top menu bar:
