Add entries to phonebook
After a new phonebook has been created (see previous section in this user guide), click on the Manage Phonebook button to go to the Manage Phonebook screen.

From here you can manage your phonebooks' entries by adding, editing and deleting entries as needed.
To Edit or Delete an entry, simply select the respective icon to the right of the phonebook's details.To add entries to an existing phonebook, you can:
Upload entries from a spreadsheet
Add a single entry at a time
Uploading phonebook entries from a spreadsheet
This is used to upload a spreadsheet containing the entry numbers from your local hard drive into CCM.
Click on Upload a Spreadsheet. Click Choose File to select the file that you want to upload, and click Upload to start the upload process.

The data contained in the spreadsheet will be uploaded to CCM. You can add/edit/delete these entries as needed.




Add a single entry
This is used to add a single entry to the phonebook.
Click on Add a Single Entry. Enter the recipient phone number and click Save.

The number you entered will be added to the phonebook. You can add/edit/delete this entry as needed by clicking the relevant button on the phonebook details screen.
