Getting started with Clickatell AI

Follow the steps below to get up and running with Clickatell AI quickly. Find more details in the Clickatell AI User Guide.

  1. If you've opted for the Clickatell AI upgrade, Clickatell will activate the application and make it available in your Clickatell Portal.

  2. Launch the Clickatell AI portal.

  3. Set up and configure your assistants.

  4. Train assistants on specific information (upload and sync documents).

  5. Create curated responses (optional).

  6. Use with Clickatell's Chat Desk and Chat Flow applications.

    1. Suggested responses in Chat Desk assist your live agents in providing accurate and efficient answers to customer queries with the help of an AI assistant trained on your business information.

    2. The Clickatell AI node in Chat Flow enables direct and automated interaction between end-users and an AI assistant trained to provide information within a specific business context
