Find help

If you require help at any stage, click the question mark icon in the top right of your screen. From here, you can access the following additional information:

  • User Guide: Quick access to this user guide.

  • FAQs: Find answers to some frequently asked questions.

  • Developer Documentation: Visit our Developer Knowledge Base for more technical, developer-focused information such as how to use our APIs and how to get started with our products and channels.

You can also click Contact Support (top right) to send us your query.

Throughout the portal, you will find in-line help in the form of question mark icons as shown below. Clicking on this icon opens a tooltip with additional information.

Click on Need more help with this item to send a custom question about the item directly to our support team.

View notifications

All account notifications can be found by clicking the 'bell' icon in the top right of your screen. A green counter indicates the number of new notifications received.

Clicking on this icon opens a list of your latest notifications.
